Missouri v McNeely

On April 17, 2013, the U.S. Supreme Court held that the natural dissipation of alcohol in the bloodstream does not constitute an exigency in every case to justify conducting a blood test without a warrant.

This means that police will be required to obtain a warrant before drawing blood in most DUI investigations. Check out the opinion below.
